Yielding Arts Program by Sifu Rob Roy, named Living Legend 2004 in the Martial Arts industry and leader for over 50 years brings his knowledge in Human Kinetics, Mindfulness and all around External and Internal Health online. 

It is a multifaceted discipline which includes many sub-fields of study such areas as human development, sports, health, social behavior and cognitive processes.

Living a humble life while teaching private lessons around the world including Professional Athletes, Doctors and Healthy Practitioners he has revolutionized a way that we can all live more relaxed, stress-free by helping calm those around you into healthy yet energized lives.

Now led online, by his side are professionals in Psychology, Fitness and Science. Yielding Arts programs invite children aged 3–14 to take part in award-winning after school and learning pods classes. Shake off the school day, develop socialism, connect with friends, relate to various cultures, participate live, create, and learn about the things that make you move peacefully.

The development of character and life skills which children can apply to school and beyond is a core principle of our mission. We are dedicated to fostering a safe environment, where children can use to learn communication, compassion, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. Monday-Friday

• Classes are designed to help children recharge after a day of school and or brain breaks during the day through engaging in activities.
• Valid for ages 3–14  
• Courses are conducted live via Zoom or google meet 
• All classes are scheduled in advance
• In-person Trainers are available
• Additional Videos added for advanced educational learning
• Email to enroll

Registration required. Children must have an adult present in the room during workshops. Normal course policies and regulations apply. Space is limited. Subject to availability. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
